Caitlin’s Tiny Art Tip // Tiny Art Week

You all know about Hue and Hum, right? If you’re looking for a great read, look no further! Caitlin is talented and funny and not just a little dazzling, and really–one of the most genuine and nice people I’ve ever met.  I remember the first time I bumped into her at the Bijou Market and we started chatting;  I was so pleased to find out that she’s just as wonderful in person as she is on her blog! I’m super happy for her to share her tiny art tip here with us today!

My name is Caitlin, I’m the lady behind the Hue and Hum blog, and I’m excited to be guest posting for tiny art week!  I am a painter, doodler, and lover of all things creative.  Wherever I go I always pack my sketchbook and doodling kit with me in my purse.  You never know when creativity is going to poke you in the shoulder, so I like to be ready.

My favorite doodling materials are mechanical pencils, a fine point pen, a kneaded eraser, and prismacolor markers (Pale Jade, Wheat, Light Peach, Brick White, and 20% Grey are my favorites).

You can turn any doodle into a masterpiece anywhere you go!

Happy creating!

First of all, how can you not love an art book made from a recycled Nancy Drew book? It can only get better from there–and it does!
