The Button Up Refashion Swap part Dos.

I was super excited to be paired up with the dazzling Liz from Cotton & Curls, because she’s got a great look, is a prolific and talented seamstress, and rocks bright lipstick (I’m so inspired!) I was pretty sure that I’d love whatever she came up with. She didn’t disappoint! This shirt is super cute, and how fabulous are those little stenciled sailboats?! (PS, definitely skip on over to her blog and check out her other top she sailboat stenciled, so great!)

I love how Liz  stenciled the boats onto that little mini bodice yoke–it’s just the perfect little pop, and so fun. And of course I’m never gonna complain about a peter pan collar:)  Thanks so much Liz, I love it!  Check out her tutorial for this top here!

Be sure to hoppity hop over to see Melissa  from ISLY wearing her refashion today, and for Megan and Jennifer tomorrow (Megan wearing the top I made her!)

You are so cute and that top rocks! The tiny sailboats and contrast buttons make it. Now, where can I get a sailboat stencil?

This is way cute, I think it’s definitely you. I checked out Megan’s shirt, and I gotta say you totally outdid yourself! She looks fabulous–I think your design really fits her personality style. I second everything she said about you on her post, which is great, because I got to swear without actually saying it (like J Golden Kimball reporting that he heard Heber J Grant swear just one time–when JGK looked at droughty damaged crops in St George and said “That’s a damn shame.” And HJG said “Yes it is.” The sewing is smashing. This was really a fun idea– Great job!
